I am extremely excited to be sharing with you the launch of christinetingay.com. Over the next 5 days, I would like to share a few things about me as a maker, my artistic style, this restorative art practice, my tools & materials, and my vision as an artist. My qualifications and experience in visual arts & landscape design has allowed me to work in the art and design industry for over 25 years. Through my other business Intermix Design, www.intermixdesign.com.au, I have worked in a diverse range of interior and exterior environments involving spatial design and commissioned contemporary art installations. Intermix Design will continue to offer design for architectural projects, however, Christinetingay.com is all about Visual Art where I mix various forms of medium and materials, merging digital technology with the handmade to produce fibre art installations, collage compositions, fine art prints, textile ranges, and handmade objects, which can be purchased and placed into curated spaces. Alternatively, you may wish for me to commission a piece for you which will be something truly distinctive to your own space.

My deep appreciation for the environment and using sustainable practices, reclaimed materials, botanical dyes, and natural paints are an integral part behind the philosophy of my art practice..
