There is nothing more precious than that moment just before dawn, when the birds begin their songs of praise and the world awakens in gentle expectation. There have been times, just before the sun rises, that I feel beckoned to my garden, to witness the petals slowly unfurling, welcoming the new day born. In their silent beauty, they speak without words, offering a lesson in faithfulness and renewal. I pause and breathe deeply, drawing in the cool, pure air of morning. Then I exhale slowly, reminding myself that showers replace drought, that spring and summer faithfully follow winter, and that seasons of hardship do not last forever. As I wander among the blooms, I gather a few flowers and place them into a humble vessel. Upright stems of yellow buttons gently nod in the morning light, as if sharing a simple but profound truth that “A New Day Has Risen”.
